How the MCA Consolidation calculation works

Cash freed = daily payments x 21 - new monthly payment

$80,000 left on advances costing $900 a business day is about $18,900 a month. A 24-month loan at 14% with a 3% fee replaces that with $3,956 a month, freeing roughly $14,900 of monthly cash. The price is $14,950 more paid in total, because the remaining advance balance is refinanced in full.

Frequently asked questions

Can you consolidate merchant cash advances?

Yes. A term loan or a larger single advance can pay off the existing ones. It lowers the daily or monthly burden, but usually costs more overall because the remaining payback is refinanced with new interest on top.

Does paying off an MCA early save money?

Often not. Most advances owe the full payback amount whenever it is repaid. Some contracts include an early-payoff discount, so check the agreement before consolidating.
